Shipping and Delivery Policy

FootBallEleven collaborates with leading international shipping providers including FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, along with local courier services, to ensure direct delivery to your doorstep. We are pleased to offer a flat rate for worldwide shipping.

Order Processing and Charges

Your payment will be processed once your order is confirmed. All transactions are subject to verification and approval, which may take a few days. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with discrepancies in billing information or those requiring additional verification might face delays or cancellations.

Shipping Timeline

Typically, we require 2 to 3 business days to prepare and dispatch your order to the shipping carrier's sorting facility. During peak times, such as major holidays, or if your order contains popular items with stock issues, processing may extend up to 10 days.

After your order is handed over to our shipping department, we cannot modify any details, including the shipping address. We will only ship to the address provided during checkout.

Please note that we only process shipments on business days and do not dispatch orders on weekends or holidays. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order is on its way.

If your order includes multiple items, they might be shipped separately and arrive at different times due to the locations of our manufacturing partners.

Tracking Information

Every order comes with a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking details once your order is dispatched to the shipping carrier's sorting facility. Please be aware that updating tracking information may take a few days. If your tracking number does not show any information after 5 business days, please get in touch with us.

Duties, Taxes, and Additional Charges

International orders may incur import taxes, duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. FootballEleven does not have control over these fees and cannot predict them. If you refuse a shipment and it is returned, you will be liable for any applicable import taxes and return shipping costs.

Handling Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

FootballEleven is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged. If the tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please file a claim with the shipping carrier or report the issue to us.

Note: We use the timestamp from the tracking link and delivery confirmation provided by the carrier to review damage or return requests. Claims may not be processed if reported outside of these parameters.

Address Accuracy

It is crucial that you enter the correct shipping address when placing your order. Once an order is in progress, we cannot make changes to the shipping address. If an order is already processed by our shipping department, we are unable to retrieve it for address modifications.
